Azizul Hakim to feature in ‘Bangabandhu’

Popular television actor Azizul Hakim will play the role of Abdur Rab Serniabat, a politician and brother-in-law of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, in the film "Bangabandhu".

The actor himself confirmed the news to The Daily Star. He informed that the shooting of his part will take place on December 6 and 7.

"I have played a lot of roles in my acting career, I have received love from my well-wishers," said the actor. "It is another greatest achievement to add in my acting career."

He also adds that being a part of history he feels extremely honoured.

He recently completed the shooting of "Golui". He will be playing Shakib Khan's uncle in the film directed by SA Haque Olike.

The actor will be performing on stage in the debut of the play "Ontorjatra".
