The scene was spotted in Saiding Bazar area of Barlekha upazila in Moulvibazar district on Friday afternoon. To make their surroundings spotless, a few youths from Kathaltali Dakkhin village voluntarily have cleaned about one kilometer on both sides of Kathaltoli-Terakuri road.

From the shops, different types of garbage, including polythene, are dumped on both sides of the road, polluting the surrounding area.
"I have taken the initiative to clean it out of social responsibility. Later, I shared the matter with some youths in the area. They responded. As per the plan, 10-12 youths from the area started cleaning up Kathaltoli-Terakuri road," he said.
