Saudi Arabia to offer vaccines to all residents for free: state TV
Saudi Arabia's health ministry said on Monday that Covid-19 vaccines will be free for all people living in the kingdom, state TV reported.
The ministry said it hopes to have enough vaccines to cover 70 percent of the country's population by the end of 2021, state TV channel Ekhbariya said on Twitter.
"The COVID-19 vaccine will be available to everyone in Saudi Arabia for Free... We hope to have enough vaccines to cover 70 percent of the country's population by the end of 2021," state television Al-Ekhbariya TV quoted the Ministry of Health as saying.
Saudi Arabia has 355,489 confirmed coronavirus cases, 343,816 recovered patients and 5,796 deaths.
