Control these battery-run rickshaws

The number of battery-run rickshaws is increasing day by day. In Chittagong the streets are clogged with these rickshaws. They move quite fast posing threat to the unwary pedestrians. Crossing the streets has become hazardous job as you have to wait for these rushing vehicles to pass. These rickshaws change lanes quickly and add to the traffic congestion. It is alleged that these rickshaws recharge their batteries from illegal connections.
Considering all the negative sides the authorities may restrict the number of battery-powered rickshaws.
