Police recovered the bodies of two security guards from the factory they used to work at in Dhamrai, outside the capital, yesterday afternoon.

The dead are Raza Mia, 50, of Manikganj, and Shahid Mia, 38, of Bogra. Police also detained their co-worker Bollam Mollah.

Quoting Bollam, police said on Friday night, some unidentified youths beat up his two co-workers with hammers and then hacked them as the latter tried to prevent the youths from entering the factory “Swedis Beverage Ltd” in Sutipara.
