Summer orientation held at IUB

Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) yesterday held an orientation programme for freshers of Summer 2017 semester on its campus in the capital's Bashundhara.

Prof M Omar Rahman, its vice chancellor, welcomed the students and their guardians at the programme where Prof Milan Pagon, pro-vice chancellor, Prof Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, dean, School of Business; Prof Shahriar Khan, dean, School of Engineering and Computer Science; Dr Abdul Khaleque, dean, School of Environmental Science and Management; Dr Mahbub Alam, dean, School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences; Prof Rita Yusuf, dean, School of Life Sciences, and Brig Gen (retd) Md Anwarul Islam, registrar, also spoke.
