Scholarships for 65 CUB students

Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) yesterday awarded Sarafat Chowdhury Merit Scholarship certificates to 65 students for their outstanding academic performance in Fall 2018 semester.

Sajjadul Hassan, secretary of the Prime Minister's Office, was chief guest, while Benoit Préfontaine, high commissioner of Canada in Bangladesh, was present as a guest of honour at the ceremony held at the university auditorium, said a press release.

Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, chairman and board of trustees of CUB, chaired the event.
