Joycalls rewards disabled loyal customer

Joycalls, the internationally recognised social chatting IVR platform, recently handed over a token of appreciation to its loyal customer, Shoriful Islam, a 30-year-old blind resident of Khalishpur, Khulna. In a recently issued press release, Joycalls informed the media about how their service has helped loyal customers like Shoriful able to socialise despite their disability. According to Shoriful, "I was so surprised when Joycalls called me and said they wanted to send a gift to me. I was so excited; I have been using chatting services from Joycalls for the last almost 1.5 years. Their IVR service helps me to not feel these challenges. I can make friends without someone's help, connected with everyone." Joycalls Bangladesh, a part of Russian VAS provider Joycalls Group, providing services to the telecom operators of Bangladesh for over 5 years now. The press release also mentions that Joycalls, with constant moderation, maintains strict compliance for sensitive issues inside the service so that the platform. The press release also states a quote of Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, EVP, VAS & New Business of Robi testifying about Joycalls's service Bondhu Shandhan. 'Robi is always keen to bring innovative digital services like Bondhu Shandhan and making lives easier. We are really proud and honoured for partnering with Joycall and Bondhu Shandhan and we would continue bringing more innovative digital services like this in future', he said.
