LFB Leadership Excellence Award 2021 on Nov 20 

The Leaders Forum BD (LFB) is going to confer the "LFB Leadership Excellence Award 2021" for the first time in the country on November 20. 

A total of 23 distinguished corporate leaders of different sectors will be given this award.

The award-giving ceremony will be held at the Westin Dhaka hotel, leaders of the forum revealed the information at a virtual programme today.

Sudipto Mukerjee, the resident representative at UNDP, will be present at the programme as guest.

"We want recognition in the corporate sector in Bangladesh. This award will be given in recognition of the executives who perform a variety of tasks at managerial and leadership levels," Syed Ishtiaque Reza, a member of the core committee of LFB and also the Editor in Chief at GTV, told The Daily Star.

LFB, with the slogan of "Learning never ends, Leadership Never dies", was established on June 13, 2021, where about 3,000 multi leaders are connected with the forum.

Since its inception, the forum has already organised 54 virtual programmes, including 20 training programmes on development while others on contemporary issues where 160 leaders shared their experiences.

Besides, under its "Future Leaders" programme, LFB has connected 50 pre-graduate students with 50 leaders over mentorship.
