Bogra Jubo Dal leader stabbed

Unidentified miscreants stabbed a local Jubo leader at his in-laws house in Shabgramhat area in Sadar upazila of the district yesterday.
Rafiul Islam Rubel, 35, son of Salek Mondal of Chanpara village, is the president of Sadar upazila unit of Jubo Dal, youth wing of BNP.
Police said, a gang, boarding a microbus, entered the victim's in-law's house around 2:00pm and stabbed him with sharp weapons and fled the scene.
Hearing screams, his relatives, with the help of the locals, rushed him to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital (SZMCH) in critical condition.
Contacted, AHM Foyzur Rahman, officer in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said Rubel might have been stabbed either over previous enmity or due to intra party feud.
