Farah reunites onscreen with Afzal after 13 years

Popular actress Farah Ruma stepped into her career 13 years ago with television play “Shako” where she appeared alongside noted actor Afzal Hossain. Now, after 13 years, Farah and Afzal are reuniting on screen with single-episode television play “Chor”.
Written by Badrul Anam Saud and directed by Nayeem Imtiaz Neyamul, shooting for the play is currently on in the capital's Uttara.
The story encircles Nadia (played by Farah) who finds shelter in a home one stormy night. There she meets the house owner Aman (Afzal) and they engage in a conversation. Their conversation carries on until a sudden incident interrupts them.
Farah Ruma said, “The story has a twist but I don't want to reveal it right now. I will have a new persona in the film and I hope the audience will take to it.“
She also added, “It feels really good to work with Afzal
Hosssain after a long time. He is an actor of great stature.”
“Chor” will go on air on Gtv during Eid.
