Oath-taking ceremony of Cholochitro Shilpi Samiti to be held today

The newly elected members of the Cholochitro Shilpi Samiti will take their oaths today at Zahir Raihan Auditorium, Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC). This year marked the 15th edition of the Cholochitro Shilpi Samiti election.

Election Commission Chief, Ilias Kanchan, will lead the ceremony. 

Along with Misha Shawdagor (President) and Zayed Khan (General Secretary), many other newly elected members will also be swearing their oaths.

Misha Shawdagor says that he needs everyone to cooperate with his panel in order to work for the development of the association.

The Cholochitro Shilpi Samiti started in 1984. Misha and Zayed were re-elected as the President and General Secretary respectively, this year. They will be leading the association till 2021.
