My wife loves my acting: Apurba

Popular television actor Apurba has carved a place for himself in the hearts of millions with his powerful performances over the years. The "Boro Chele" famed actor recently tied the knot with Shyamma Dewan, a Bangladeshi-American. The news of his wedding created quite a buzz across social media.

In a candid conversation with The Daily Star, Apurba opened up about his marriage, and his upcoming plans.

How does it feel to start a new chapter in your life?

By the grace of Allah, I have started this new chapter. Please pray for us that we get to spend many more years together.  As a newly married couple, we are now busy attending different family events. Currently, Shyamma has a job in America. So, she will have to go back abroad soon.

When will you be returning to shoots?

It will take some time before I can return to work. If all goes well, I will be back to shoots by the end of this month.

Do you have any plans for your honeymoon?

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I don't think we will be going anywhere for the honeymoon. If the situation gets better, we might make some plans.

Does your wife like your acting?

My wifehas seen my work, and she loves my acting. She has praised many of my performances, and encourages me to pursue good roles.

Do you have any request or message for your fans?

I have only one request to them. Please continue to shower me with your love and pray for my new journey.
