The premiere of Tanvir Mokammel's documentary “Shimantorekha” will be held at Central Public Library's Shawkat Osman Auditorium in  Shahbag, on October 25 at 6.30pm. The two hour and twenty-five minute documentary outlines the the events that took place during the Partition in 1947, says a press release. 

Three additional screenings will take place on the next day (October 26) in the same venue, with curtains rising at 3pm, 5.30pm, and finally at 8pm. The event is open to all.
