Girls outshine boys in HSC

Girls have outperformed boys in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations.

Total 11,77,387 students -- 6,09,522 boys and 5,67,865 girls -- appeared for the exams.

Among them, the girls' pass rate is 87.48% while 84.53% boys pass the exams.

The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam results were published today.
