Mukhosh Manush: First Bangladeshi film on cyber crime

Nawsheen, Hillol and Kalyan are popular as small screen actors. And now the trio has acted in their first feature film “Mukhosh Manush” directed by Yasir Arafat Jewel, which was released nationwide on December 30, 2016.

The story addresses cyber crime, and how blackmailing through the internet is used to fulfill criminal agendas.

Kalyan, who plays a character named Rupom said “I really liked the story and the issues this film addresses. I enjoyed playing my role as well, and look forward to the audience experiencing it soon.”

We all should stand against cyber crime and I am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to work in this film, said Nawsheen.

The actors, who have been traveling extensively around the country to promote the film, took time out to visit The Daily Star for a lively conversation.
