Why aren’t people getting instant help from emergency hotline 999?
999 is an emergency hotline number that people can call anytime to receive help at any time. That is what was supposed to happen but oftentimes people have to wait 15 to 20 minutes on average for the calls to go through. People have also claimed to have waited up to an hour at times.
