Siddikur finishes at 44th

Siddikur Rahman finished in 44th position in the Asia-Pacific Diamond Cup, which concluded in Ibaraki, Japan yesterday. The 31-year-old golfer traded three birdies for four bogeys to return a card of a one-over (71) in the final round on Sunday.

That took the aggregate score for the two-time Asian Tour winner to three-over-par (283) and kept him at 44th position, which is where he had started the fourth round.

Chan Shih-chang of Chinese Taipei struck a sparkling 62 on the final day to clinch the title of the 1.3-million-dollar event.
