Neymar misses Messi and Suarez
Brazil superstar Neymar says that he misses playing with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez as part of the ‘MSN’ trio.
The dazzling trio took Barcelona’s attacking to a new height as all three combined with mesmerizing chemistry on the pitch. Barcelona won the treble in 2014/15 thanks as MSN thrived with Messi doing the playmaking, Neymar providing pace and skills and Suarez showing deadly instinct for goals.
Neymar, who moved to French club Paris Saint-Germain for a world-record fee of 222 million euros from Barcelona last year managed to spearhead another formidable front three along with Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe.
But the Brazilian still misses his former Blaugrana teammates, he revealed in n Youtube interview with Brazil legend Zico.
“The friendship that we had was something very beautiful. What I miss from Barcelona and about Barcelona is these two, due to the joy we had on a daily basis. We were happy, we were friends,” he told Zico during an interview broadcast on YouTube.
“There was a game where I dribbled several players and then gave a pass.
“Messi dribbled several players in another play and Suarez tried to do the same dribbling and then a backflip pass.
“We started to laugh at him. We were so intimate that we could laugh at each other when one couldn't do things. And then he arrives at the locker room and says: 'Well, I saw you dribbling and I tried to do the same!'” Neymar reminisces.
Despite speculations suggesting that a possible return to Spain is on the horizon, Neymar hinted he is staying at PSG.
"Proud to wear the new jersey and to continue giving you joy," Neymar tweeted last Saturday wearing the new 2018-2019 kit of PSG.
