“Wind Of Change”- The Phenomenon Returns!

Last year's successful musical program “Wind of Change” returns this year, following much anticipation and hype. “Wind of Change” was an innovative idea brought to life by the National Award-winning composer Kaushik Hossain Taposh and the Style Icon Farzana Munny. This show exclusively features musicians from all over the world to bring a whole new brand of cultural mixture in the world of music. “Wind of Change” not only focuses on traditional songs, but genres of all variety that people from all walks of life can wholeheartedly appreciate. The show aims to bring talented musicians under one roof to create a special set of evenings that transpire cultural differences and aspires to achieve new standards in music. 

Some of the most prominent artists performing in this year's “Wind of Change” includes; Rajesh Uppalapu, the classical maestro from India and an expert mandolin player; the Russian Anna Emelianova who is known as one of the best European opera singers; Sanjoy Das, the Indian guitarist deemed as one of the best in Asia; Purbayan Chatterjee, the Sitar Pandit and one of India's greatest; Anna Rakita from Russia, who is considered as one of the best violin players of her time; Artyom Manukyan from Armenia/USA who is a world-class cell player, and many more. Indian music professionals, the likes of the Esraj master Arshad Khan, the internationally famous guitarist Rhythm Shaw, the young bass prodigy Mohini Dey, and the well-respected Santoor player Sandip Chatterjee, are to be expected in the show as well. Music experts from Latvia are joining in as well, with Anna Vibe the piano player, Nelli Bubujanca the hard-rock drummer, and Adelina Jureciva the talented song-writer and singer, being prime examples. Some other international stars also joining are Anton Davidyants from Russia, who is regarded as one of the best European guitarists; the famous American drummer Anthony James Parker; and of course, the Polish Alicja Chrzaszcz, the violinist who is even one of the 'fashion ambassadors' of her homeland. 

Kaushik Hossain Taposh, the Managing Director and CEO of the One More Zero Group and Gaan Bangla Television, is responsible for the unique musical arrangements in the show. Farzana Munny, who is the Chairperson of the same company, is the one directing the visualization. “Wind of Change” can be watched on Gaan Bangla Television and streamed on Gaan Bangla Television's YouTube channel.
