The case was filed against them on charge of “issuing death threat to the complainant and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina”.
Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder passed the order after AB Siddique, president of Bangladesh Jananetri Parishad, a pro-Awami League organisation, filed the case today.
The court fixed August 28 for return of the execution of arrest warrant issued against the accused, Siddique confirmed The Daily Star.
