Bengal Meat's Pro-Chef's Recipe Challenge
To showcase the best of meat dishes across Bangladesh, Bengal Meat held the Pro-Chef's Recipe Challenge, Season-1 with the theme 'Taste of Bangladesh.' This was a drive to extract authentic Deshi dishes around rural Bangladesh which were cooked and tasted over generations.
Organised by Bengal Meat, this is the first recipe challenge with professional chefs who uses Bengal Meat at their houses. 13 professional chefs from five-star hotels to the country's top renowned restaurants participated in the challenge. Md. Shafiul Islam, chef and team leader of Baba Rafi, ultimately became the Champion Chef. The champion was decided based on authenticity of the dish, combination and balance of ingredients, recipe detailing, and taste.
The winning dish has been launched to the public on Bengal Meat's Baishakhi Campaign 'Deshio Shaader Utshob.'
