5.5 magnitude quake jolts Turkey again

A day after the 7.8 magnitude earthquake, a 5.5 magnitude tremor hit Turkey's Golbasi town located in the Central Anatolia region of Ankara Province, the United States Geological Survey reports today.
"M 5.5 – 9 km ESE of Golbasi, Turkey at 8:43 am. Location:37.765°N 37.743°E and Depth:10.0 km," reported USGS.
More than 4,300 people died and many more were injured in the massive earthquakes that struck Turkey and Syria yesterday.
The epicenter of the 7.4-magnitude quake was located in the province of Kahramanmaras near the Syrian border, according to Turkey's Afad disaster management agency. Another 6.6-magnitude earthquake was measured shortly after in Gaziantep province, Afad said.
