Habib Wahid returns to playback for ‘Golui'

Popular singer and music director Habib Wahid will lend his voice in a film, after a noticeable absence.

He lent his voice to the title track of the government granted film, "Golui". The song is a duet, in which singer Jerin will receive the opportunity to sing with Habib.

The lyrics for the song has been written by Sohel Arman. Producer of "Golui", Khorshed Alam Khosru, shared that the romantic song is the title track for the film.

"We were looking for this kind of romantic song for the title track," he told The Daily Star. "We are placing utmost importance on the music of "Golui", and thus we are doing our best to bring it closer to perfection," he added.

Other tracks of "Golui" were voiced by Dilshad Nahar Kona, Imran Mahmudul, and the legendary Kumar Biswajit. The music is has been arranged by Emon Shaha.

Shooting of the film will begin from September 23 in Jamalpur, informed the producer.

"Golui '' stars Shakib Khan, Puja Cherry, Shuchorita, Ali Raj, and Azizul Hakim, among others.
