A woman and her son and daughter were injured in a fire broke out from the toxic gas of a septic tank at their house in Mirer Moidan area of Sylhet city on Friday.
Monwar Begum, 45, wife of late Zakir Hosssain, and Zahida Akter, 20, sustained 60 percent burn injury while Zahir Hosssain, 14, received minor injury.
When Zahida went to toilet with a candle, due to load shedding, the gas through commode caused a fire and spread out, said Fire Service officials.
