Police arrested another accused in the case filed for assaulting a navy official.

The arrestee is AB Siddique alias Dipu, protocol officer of Haji Salim's business organisation Madina Group. A team of DB police arrested Dipu from Tangail late last night, said HM Ajimul Haque, deputy commissioner of DB (Ramna) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.

Dipu was arrested from Tangail around 3am, the deputy commissioner said.

He is an accomplice of Haji Salim's son Erfan and is one of the four accused in the case filed by Lt Wasif Ahmed Khan with Dhanmondi Police Station on the night of October 25.
