Dhaka trade fair to continue till Feb 4

The duration of the month-long Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) has been extended for four more days on request from the businessmen.

The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) today decided to extend the period for four days in its meeting of the board of directors, said a senior official of the ministry of commerce.

The DITF that began on January 1 at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in Dhaka was supposed to come to an end on January 31.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the fair on January 1 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital.
