Tele-film “Ekratri” to air this Eid

Directed by Mazharul Islam, and scripted by Tabarak Hossain, “Ekratri” will be aired on RTV on the fourth day of Eid-ul-Azha. The TV play will star Mahfuz Ahmed, Sadia Islam Mou, Runa Khan, Maznun Mizan and more.

The story explores the troubled relationship between Taslima Sarker and her husband Tahsan Sarker. Taslima is a typical rural wife. When she comes to the city with her husband, she becomes suspicious of his every move. Tahsan is driven to the wall and the pressure of being a corporate only adds to his misery.

As an escape, Tahsan gets into a relationship with his secretary Nilu. The plot deepens.
