“Bhoot Bhalobasher Odbhut Golpo” on Desh TV tonight

Single-episode TV play “Bhoot Bhalobashar Odbhut Golpo”, a light-hearted romantic comedy that has some dark twists and turns, will air today on Desh TV as part of the channel's special Eid programmes. It stars veteran actors Raisul Islam Asad and Suborna Mustafa, along with youngsters Abir Mirza and Naziba Basher.

The story revolves around an elderly couple, Ajmal Chowdhury and Nayantara, played by Asad and Suborna. Nayantara, dead for many years, never leaves her husband's side even in the afterlife. Her lively spirit lurks around their home and has a habit of playing pranks, while her husband is not only well aware of his wife's spirit residing with him, but rejoices the fact that she is still with him. When the young couple, played by Abir and Naziba, unknowingly rent a room in the haunted house, the story moves forward with ghostly adventures.

“Bhoot Bhalobashar Odbhut Golpo” will air tonight on the sixth day of Eid, at 8:45pm on Desh TV.
