The actor plays the role of a woman taking shelter in the manor, saying, “The plot is very unique and retains the authenticity of the period.”
Mirza is currently preparing for a brand new TV series directed by Sumon Anwar. Shooting will commence soon.
The actor is also a morning show host twice or thrice a week on Ekattor TV at a programme titled “Ekattorer Shokal”. She is currently in talks to host another programme. “I love anchoring, and it is a refreshing break from my regular acting job,” said the artiste.
Bonna Mirza's career began in theatre, and she has held onto her roots throughout the years, although her on stage presence has somewhat declined with TV plays occupying her time. She has expressed her desire to revive old Desh Natok plays, as well as work in their future productions.
