Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) has established itself as one of Bangladesh's premier educational institutions since its founding in 2002. Since the last 10 years, our institution has rapidly grown into a vital part of the education sector of Bangladesh. NUB offers diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in various disciplines for its students. NUB has a spacious and open permanent campus in the heart of Ashkona, walking distance from the airport. Among NUB's many departments, our Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department is one of the most innovative and country's top- performing CSE department.

Department at a Glance

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering includes about 2,000 students and 6,000 alumni. Students at NUB CSE can use the general education courses offered here to focus on expanding their overall understanding of the world and the industries in which they intend to work. Students can also transfer their credits to pursue Exchange Programs internationally in other countries. NUB CSE offers state-of-the-art educational facilities, modern teaching methods and smart classrooms for the convenience of students. The total tuition fees for the 4 years or 12 trimester based undergraduate program is around 5.5 Lakh Taka. Aside from offering special scholarships to students based on merit, members of tribal communities, wards of Freedom Fighters and students whose siblings study at our institution, NUB ensures opportunities for its students to be able to afford their education, with up to 100% waivers on tuition fees. Students will also able to take a Student Service Loan (SSL), from our partnered bank, Bank Asia, to help finance their education.
