Black Adam: Eye-catching but unsatisfying

Dwayne Johnson of The Rock fame, Pierce Brosnan, Sarah Shahi and many others played various roles in the Jaume Koet Sera film Black Adam. The story of this movie is based on the story of a region called Kahandak about 5,000 years ago.

A person from that region is put underground by the gods through their power. 5,000 years later, in present day, the person accidentally wakes up and is called -- Black Adam.

Although he is an antihero by nature, only one like him is needed at this moment to make Kahanda rebel against the current situation. The story then introduces the Justice Society of America -- who try to stop Black Adam from wreaking havoc and bring him back on track.

Can Black Adam transform from antihero to hero, or will he transform from antihero to villain? Action sequence is the strength of Black Adam, while poor screenplay and the lack of a great villain will let you down as an audience. Overall, it's a one-time-watch.
