West Indies have bowled Bangladesh out for 140 runs to win the third T20I by 50 runs and clinch the T20 series.

It was an emphatic performance from the West Indies as they came hard at Bangladesh with Evin Lewis playing a destructive 89-run innings at the top which saw Windies post 190 all out on the board. Liton Das threatened to cut loose after Bangladesh started their chase but after reaching 62 for 1 in four overs, the Tigers lost their way with Soumya Sarkar, Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim falling in quick succession. They never really recovered from the slump and after Mahmudullah Riyad's wicket, West Indies did not allow Bangladesh a way back in the game.

Soumya, Shakib, Mushy gone in quick succession

Following the drama in the fourth over, Fabien Allen scalped both Soumya Sarkar and Tigers' skipper Shakib Al Hasan off back-toback deliveries and both out playing similar shots. Sheldon Cottrell took both catches at long on. The very next over, Keemo Paul bagged the wicket of Mushfiqur Rahim as Bangladesh lose three wickets in quick succession.

Liton stays after controversial scenario

There is a long wait going on as an eventful over saw 24 runs come off it and possibly a wicket at the end for Windies too.

3.6 overs - Bangladesh 54/1. Thomas to Liton Das, no run, fuller around off, Liton looks to go over long-off, ends up slicing it to mid-off who takes it comfortably, but that's been given a no ball, WAIT! Replays show Thomas had some part of his foot behind the line. The West Indies fielders have seen it on the big screen, Brathwaite wants to review it, not sure if you can review line decisions. A long discussion going on, all West indies players come together. A long delay here, looks like the umpires are checking with the TV umpire and up goes finger, Tanvir Ahmed is the umpire here

Incredible scenes here, Liton is still standing. He could say that he went for the shot becuase he heard the no-ball called. After a long discussion the umpires having decided to stick to the no-ball decision. Liton stays. To add further insult to injury, Soumya Sarkar has hit the free-hit for six over point. Thomas concedes 30 runs in the over. Bangladesh 62/2.

1.4 overs - Bangladesh 22/1. Tamim Iqbal run out (Powell/†Hope) 8 (6b 0x4 1x6) SR: 133.33

End of first over, Bangladesh 10/0

Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das came out to start the chase for Bangladesh. There is extra bounce in this wicket and a few deliveries have climbed. Tamim Iqbal charged Sheldon Cottrell who was bowling the first over and got a thick edge that flew for six.

West Indies are all out for 190 as Oshane Thomas is run out in the last over bowled by Mahmudullah Riyad in the series-deciding third T20I at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium today.

West Indies showed a lot of firepower as Evin Lewis and Shai Hope started proceeding brightly for West Indies as the duo combined in a 76-run opening stand. Bangladesh came back into the game with a few breakthoroughs but Lewis continued wrecking havoc at the other end. Mahmudullah Riyad then tilted things in favour of Bangladesh with double strikes to remove Lewis and Hetmyer off back-to-back deliveries. That started a pattern of wickets falling in two's.

16.1 overs - WI 176/6. N Pooran c Abu Hider b Mustafizur Rahman 29 (24b 2x4 2x6) SR: 120.83

Mahmudllah bags his third wicket

13.4 - WI 159/5. R Powell c Liton Das b Mahmudullah 19 (16b 1x4 1x6) SR: 118.75

Powell looked for the pull shot but is holed out at deep mid wicket as Liton Das keeps his eyes on the ball to complete a fine catch. Windies still have the upper hand in this game with a deep batting order full of power heaters.

End of 13 overs, WI 151/4

Nicolas Pooran has taken Shakib Al Hasan to the cleaners with two sixes and a four in the 13th over as Windies cross the 150-run mark. Rovman Powell and Pooran are looking to bring the power hitting back on after the loss of two wicket.

Keemo Paul looks for the big one even with Evin Lewis wrecking havoc at the other end. Ariful Haque keeps his calm as Mustafizur Rahman bags a wicket in his first over. Windies have lost their second wicket as Rovman Powell comes to the crease.

Shakib removes Hope

4.6 overs - WI 76/1. SD Hope b Shakib Al Hasan 23 (12b 3x4 1x6) SR: 191.66

Shakib Al Hasan has made the breakthrough after a fiery start from the West Indies opener. Lobs it right up, excruciatingly slow at a middle stump line. Hope wants to sweep but he's through it too quickly. Beaten and bowled.

4.1 - WI 64/0 - Lewis takes a risky single to complete his fifty off just 18 deliveries.

End of four overs, WI 63/0

Evin Lewis has started really strongly in the third ODI, hiting four big sixes off Abu HIder to reach 47 for no loss after three overs. Hider has gone for 39 runs in two overs. Shai Hope at the other end just a mere spectator as Windies crossed the 50-run mark. No respite for Mehedi Miraz on the fourth over as Lewis hit a four and a six against him as well.

3.6 overs - WI 62/0 - dropped! Abu Hider drops it. Length ball at middle stump, and Lewis looks to slog sweep again but drags it off the inside half. Still has some force on that. Hider can't hold on with the reverse cup at midwicket
