‘Bangladesh are like Tigers who can hunt well’
Former India opener Virendar Sehwag was asked to make predictions for the upcoming World Cup in England and he ended up describing each team in a few words.
The Bangladesh cricket team are already known as the Tigers and Sehwag likened them to a Tiger ready to prowl in a video posted by the International Cricket Council (ICC). He described the Australia side, which just won an ODI series at India as dangerous. When it came to Bangladesh he said: "Bangladesh are like Tigers and they can hunt well if they have a good day".
The World Cup is set to begin from May 30 with Bangladesh playing their first game against South Africa on June 2. Predictably, Sehwag described the Pakistan team as unpredictable. England bolster some of the top ODI players in cricket at the moment and he said 'they have a good chance to win the World Cup'. New Zealand were described as 'underdogs' while Sri Lanka as 'lovable'. For India he had a message: You play well on that day, you will beat any side.'
