5.6 magnitude earthquake jolts Myanmar, tremors felt in Bangladesh
An earthquake of 5.6 magnitude jolted Myanmar early today, with tremors being felt in parts of Bangladesh.
Locals reported feeling tremors in different parts of Sylhet, Manikganj and Bagerhat.
The epicentre of the earthquake was near Monywa, Myanmar, according to earthquake.usgs.gov.
The jolts were felt at 12:28am in Myanmar, it added.
