Todoist is unlike any other app in the productivity category. Traditionally Todoist can be deemed an organisational or task management app, which helps you add and keep track of all your important tasks.
However, Todoist also ventures into keeping the user organised by providing options to differentiate tasks via, multiple, custom projects, priority levels, dates and labels. Where the app really shines is the integrated widget which lets users add, check-off and edit tasks from their home screens. You can even have multiple Todoist widgets to display different projects or layout plans for the next week or so.
Todoist also has an extension on Google Chrome that you can use to access all of your upcoming tasks via your browser when using your laptop or desktop. Moreover, the developers recently added an option for Todoist to sync with your Google Calendar, so that all of the tasks which you add to Todoist are displayed on your calendar for further ease.
Finally, Todoist lets users track their Karma, which is an analysis into how well the user is performing at their tasks. You can set goals on how many tasks you wish to complete in a week, and you get Karma points every time you reach your set goals.
