On Eid-ul-Adha, my favourite thing to eat is Beef Bhuna. I can't explain in words just how much I love devouring it. Every time I see Beef Bhuna, I forget about my strict diet regime. My Eid would not be complete without Beef Bhuna. Polao is another food that I love to eat on Eid. I really want to cook, but don't really get much opportunities.
On Eid day, my mother makes Lobster Malaikari, which I really love. I also enjoy eating Beef Rezala, Hilsa Polao and various desserts. I can make Chicken Biriyani really well. Whenever I get time, I go into the kitchen to make something. My life revolves around my schedules and I don't get much time to cook, but it is still one of my favorite pastimes.
On Eid mornings, I love to eat a combination of Dudh Shemai and Firni. And in the afternoons, I love eating Beef Rezala. Other than this, I also love eating any type of beef item with potatoes. And dry Polao is also a must. I am also crazy for Borhani. I have tried numerous times to avoid Borhani, but I just can't. I can cook pasta and make burgers pretty well. And I have no competition when it comes to making salads.
I don't have a fixed list of food that I must eat on Eid day. I eat whatever I feel like eating. I don't have any fixed set of rules about what to eat or not. I don't think about whether or not I will gain weight before eating something. There was a time when I used to cook for myself. I have always loved cooking Bangladeshi food. I love eating Beef Bhuna on Eid-ul-Adha. But, now due to my busy work schedules, I don't get the time to cook.
I love to eat anything spicy on Eid-ul-Adha. But, what I like more is entertaining the guests who visit my house on Eid. I usually start cooking for Eid the day before. I made custard last Eid. I also tried making Shahi Tukda, Kalo Jaam and Tandoori Chicken. My life has changed a lot due to the movies that are released during Eid. I have to be on my toes to complete my projects before Eid, which sort of mars the Eid vibe for me.

My mother cooks Beef Liver and Khichuri after the Qurbani. I spend Eid day eating spicy food. Among all the spicy items, beef is my favourite. The kebab that is made at my home is also really good. I also cook on Eid. I make vegetable rice. The thing about it is, it's easy to cook, and does not take much time to make. In fact, whenever I get time, I make vegetable rice.
I love eating anything spicy made by my mother on Eid day. In general, I like spicy food. On Eid, I try to spend the entire day at home with my family. My mother doesn't get the chance to feed me throughout the year, so on Eid I stay at home. I do this so that she doesn't feel sad. I can make really good noodles. Many people don't know that about me. For me Eid's joy comes from having fun with my family.
I don't pay heed to diet charts during Eid-ul-Adha. I eat whatever I feel like eating. But, I don't enjoy eating meat that much. I am not a good cook either. I really like eating food cooked by my mother. I love eating the Payesh and Shemai she makes. Even though I don't cook now, I will when I get married. If I do it now, it's a waste of time. And, since there's something enjoyable to do every minute, why waste it?
During Eid, I love to eat things I cook myself. Due to my demanding career, I don't get much time to spend at home and cook. Even when I want to, I just can't because of my schedules. But, the list of things I like to eat isn't that long. My favorite foods include, Chicken Curry and Chotpoti. The joy I get from making these on special occasions is very unique.
