60 dengue patients hospitalised in 24 hours

At least 60 dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals across the country in 24 hours till 8am today (July 16, 2022), according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Among the new cases, six are from outside Dhaka. With them, the total number of dengue patients rose to 1,670 across the country.

Among the patients, 220 are still undergoing treatment, including 44 from outside the capital.

A total of 1,449 patients have been released from hospitals and one patient died so far.
