Suborna Mustafa was my first heroine: Raisul Islam Asad

National Award-winning actress Suborna Mustafa, in her decade-long career, has delivered numerous performances and shared screen spaces with veteran actors on-screen.
The noted artiste debuted on the silver screen alongside Raisul Islam Asad in the hit movie "Ghuddi".
On her birthday, Raisul Islam Asad talks about their film "Ghuddi", their movies together, and her acting prowess on-screen.
"Suborna and I know each other for a long time. Our friendship goes long from the days of Dhaka Theatre. And our relationship is still strong like ever," mentions Raisul Islam Asad.
The noted actor also talked about their first movie "Ghuddi".
"She was my first heroine as an actor in the movie "Ghuddi". Together we have shared a lot of memories together on the sets of the film. The movie became a hit and people still remember our performances," stated the actor.
After "Ghuddi", the pair were never seen together as main leads in movies.
"Although I didn't get her as a heroine after "Ghuddi", the two of us still worked together in movies such as "Suruj Miya", "Noyoner Alo", "Notun Bou", "Gohin Baluchor"," added the actor.
In theater, Raisul Islam Asad and Suborna have worked together in plays like "Muntasir Fantasy", "Shakuntala", "Kirtonkhola".
Raisul Islam Asad also talked about the incredible acting skills of the versatile artiste.
"Suborna has showcased her acting prowess whether it's in theatre, radio, movies, or tele-fictions. She is an actress of high caliber and is also a member of parliament," concluded the actor.
