2 night guards murdered in N’ganj

Suspected robbers looted three shops after killing two night guards of a market in Bandar upazila of Narayanganj district early today.

The deceased were identified as Raihan Miah, 65, and Motaleb Hosen, 55, both night guards of in Lakkhankhola Madrasa Market, our Narayanganj correspondent reports quoting Shahin Mondol, officer-in-charge of Bandar Police Station.

Around Tk 27 lakh were looted from three stores in the market, the official said.
