BNP leader Kamal Ibne Yusuf dies of Covid-19

Former minister and BNP's Vice-chairman Chowdhury Kamal Ibne Yusuf died of Covid-19 at a private hospital today. He was 81.
The BNP leader breathed his last at Ever Care Hospital while undergoing treatment there at 1:00pm, confirmed Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP chairperson's media wing.
Kamal, former president of Faridpur district Jubo Dal, was admitted at the hospital on November 21 with pneumonia. He tested Covid-19 positive at the hospital.
He was elected member of the parliament from Faridpur-3 constituency five times and served as State Minister for LGED, Minister for Relief and Disaster Management and Minister for Health.
