Obituary

Fazlur Rahman Sultan, a former BNP lawmaker from Mymensingh-10 constituency, died of a cardiac arrest at a Dhaka hospital early yesterday. He was 85.
He left behind a son and four daughters. He will be buried today after namaz-e-janaza at his family graveyard in Shulahasia village of Gafargaon.
He was the founder president of BNP Gafargaon-unit and vice-president of BNP district-unit.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, district BNP leaders -- AKM Mosharraf Hossain and Abu Wahab Akanda -- mourned his death.
