The chief justice has taken the decision in a full court meeting of the judges of the Appellate and High Court divisions on October 8.

Besides, the full court meeting decided to declare three-day holiday on October 25, 26 and 27 on the occasion of Durga Puja, the largest religious festival of Hindu community. October 26 is an official government holiday.

The SC administration issued two separate notifications containing the full court meeting's decisions over vacation and holiday.
