Going abroad: Bangladeshi students asked to get registered for vaccination
Bangladeshi students, who will go abroad for higher studies, have been asked to get registered for vaccination.
Starting from today, Ministry of Foreign Affairs will receive application for Covid-19 vaccination till July 27.
"We've made special arrangements for our students so that they can get vaccinated irrespective of age and go abroad smoothly," Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen said while talkint to reporters today.
He said the students will be able to avoid quarantine abroad if they get vaccinated at home.
Students who are already pursuing degrees abroad and are currently in the country as well as those going abroad for studies are eligible, said the ministry.
Applicants have been requested to send the completed form with the subject "Application for Covid-19 vaccination for students studying abroad" with passport numbers to the ministry.
