Large consignments of Surma Fazli, Bari‑4, Gourmoti, Katimon and Ashwina mangoes arrived yesterday at Kansat market in Chapainawabganj, one of the country’s largest mango trading hubs. Despite the supply, prices remain steep: Fazli at Tk 3,200 per maund, Bari-4 at Tk 3,200, Amrapali at Tk 5,500-6,000, and Gourmoti at Tk 5,500.
