Why are garment orders getting cancelled?

Bangladesh's garment makers' platform BGMEA has recently said the international buyers are cancelling or putting on hold work orders.

But we know that garment exports to Europe, Bangladesh's biggest export destination, rose 42 per cent year-on-year in the January-October period of 2022 and to the USA it posted an over 50 per cent year-on-year rise.
