The UAE number six fired exactly when they needed of him the most. Shaiman Anwar posted his career-best score, 67, to take UAE from a spot of bother to a position where they were targeting a total over 300. And had they received some power from the tail they would have easily managed to do that and win this close encounter. Anwar's 50-ball innings came in a crucial stand and also helped stitch an 82-run stand at the latter half to help UAE revive.
