Bangladesh's pace bowling sensation Mustafizur Rahman sends positive message to former Sunrisers Hyderabad teammate David Warner following the ball-tampering incident which saw the latter banned for a year.

The left-armer had played the previous two IPL campaigns with Sunrisers with Warner as his captain. The team won the T20 tournament in 2016, mainly through brilliant performances from Bangladesh's Mustfizur – a season where Fizz picked up 17 wickets while showcasing excellent death over skill.

Warner was the second highest run-getter that season as Surisers romped to the title. Mustafizur changed teams this season, signing up for Mumbai Indians and the left-armer departed on April 30. The pacer however remembered his old teammate in a tweet. Warner had been supportive of Fizz and the duo have a good relationship off the field.

.@davidwarner31 means a smiling face to me, who always inspires and  provides support to do others level best things. It's really tough to accept your current condition. Please don't break down; stay strong & positive mate. Will miss your guidance in this year's IPL. Mustafizur Rahman (@Mustafiz90) March 31, 2018
