Covid-19 has led the entire world into quarantine, and the economy has become stagnant. The heaviest toll of the current situation has fallen on those who earn their living on a daily basis as they are now unable to afford food and basic necessities. In this time of crisis, actor Nusrat Imrose Tisha has lent a hand to help deliver food to people in such difficult conditions. She said, "Bangladesh is going through a tough time currently. People need to be safe and healthy, but they also need access to food. Volunteers at Bidyanondo Foundation have taken the amazing initiative of providing food to those in need. They are also spraying disinfectant, distributing PPE, etc. I decided to help by donating to their funds." She also added, "My father has always taught me to do charity in silence. Farooki and I try to maintain this as well. However, today, I am making an exception with the hope to inspire more people to donate." Tisha herself has been in home-quarantine for two weeks to ensure her own and others' safety.
