Among the notable events that are arranged in Bangladesh, Celebrating Life is the most unique among them. Celebrating Life doesn't only show respect to talented individuals, but keeps itself associated with good work of all level. I hope their healthy thinking style remains sound forever. 

Mustafa Monwar (Artist)

Receiving an award from renowned organizations such as The Daily Star and Standard Chartered is an honor. They always pay respect to the worthy individuals, so their award is a matter of much pride. I will carry this honor with me forever.

Mohammad Rafiquzzaman (Lyricist)

I consider myself lucky to have been associated with this competition since its beginning. The organizers have never disagreed with my decisions as a judge, and I thank them for hosting such a wonderful event so successfully every year.

Alauddin Ali (Music director)

Celebrating Life rewards individuals worthy of recognition, and does so in a well-arranged program. An artist has nothing to gain but respect, and Celebrating Life knows how to give such respect. I feel proud to have been recognized by Celebrating Life.

In these ten years of Celebrating Life, many talented lyricists, photographers and filmmakers have received the chance to showcase their skills. I thank The Daily Star and Standard Chartered Bangladesh for giving these lucky individuals such fantastic opportunities. I wish this event remains successful in the future.

I have always appreciated the recognition Celebrating Life has given to renowned individuals of this country, and I am very happy that it has reached its 10th year. Hearing news of my elder sister Suchanda Apa being honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award this year has certainly made me happier.

Ferdausi Rahman (Singer)

This event organized by The Daily Star and Standard Chartered Bangladesh is, in one word, amazing. Competitions like these are rarely held in this country, and me being honored by them is a huge achievement for me. They don't only honor the renowned names; they also highlight potential talents hidden in nooks and crannies of Bangladesh.
